In November 2011, AAH Was asked to help save 40 beagles from a Laboratory in Barcelona! Through teamwork with other agents and associations the beagles arrived in Madrid at 6:30 in the morning, in a Horse truck, to be sent to Los Angeles to the
Beagle Freedom Project. They arrived the day before Thanksgiving and by Christmas they had all been adopted. In January we saved 3 more beagles from a university in Malaga! These animals had never been outdoors and were destined to be put to sleep on the closing of the organisations! We are honored to have taken part in this project and hope to begin a donation service for saving animals in Spain because of it! We’ll keep you posted!
