40 Beagles Saved from a Laboratory in Barcelona

In November 2011, AAH Was asked to help save 40 beagles from a Laboratory in Barcelona! Through teamwork with other agents and associations the beagles arrived in Madrid at 6:30 in the morning, in a Horse truck, to be sent to Los Angeles to the Beagle Freedom Project. They arrived the day before Thanksgiving and by Christmas they had all been adopted. In January we saved 3 more beagles from a university in Malaga! These animals had never been outdoors and were destined to be put to sleep on the closing of the organisations! We are honored to have taken part in this project and hope to begin a donation service for saving animals in Spain because of it! We’ll keep you posted!

AAH now using the Latest Radiology Technology

AAH Veterinary Services has invested in the latest technology in Radiology this year! They now have a digital x-ray machine! This allows for more precise and detailed X-rays which can also be sent by internet around the world for diagnosis by experts in the most difficult cases! We have already made it so much easier to diagnose diseases in our daily use.  It has been a great asset for us!!

We were chosen to be the acting veterinarians in Cesar Millan's live show may 2nd and 3rd in Madrid, Spain and we had an incredible time serving the Crew!  We began by attending the "Dog Selection." Twelve dogs were chosen out of 20 Dogs who were asked to come to the casting.  On the days of the shows, we were responsable for the welfare of the animals present, making sure at all times that there were no signs of stress or any ill health among the pets presented.
